Return Policy

Fisher's stands by the quality of our merchandise. If a product has failed on it's own without misuse or hazard of the wearer we will replace it. This excludes products that have just plain worn out.

You may return most unused items purchased at Fisher's Regalia within 30 days of the original delivery.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Store credit is available as well.  For those who have paid cash at a convention setting or in store a cheque will be issued as a refund.
 
The following items may not be returned:

Custom engraved items, special order items, non-stock items.
Garments that have been worn.
Items that are not in resaleable condition.
