My name is Guy Gagnon and I’m the manager of sales and production. I began my partnership with Fisher’s in early 2008. My first order of training was on the finer points of operating the engraving machine to produce the outcome you all expect from our custom engraving products. It wasn’t long before I was familiar enough with all the products we offered to be able to begin serving our local customers who came to visit our showroom as well as serving them by telephone inquiries and at various trade shows.
I come from a sales and marketing background and am an operating partner of a local internet marketing and web development company. The customer service and care training I received in my previous career has been invaluable in fostering quality relationships with everyone I meet through Fisher’s either by phone or in person.
You, our valued customers and friends, are a driving force in our adding new products and services. I take an active approach in helping fill your uniform and regalia needs from our existing selection help you source out the quality station wear and gear that we don’t currently carry in stock.
